Reiki energy healing works to bring you into balance physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Remote or Distance Reiki is a lovely way to engage with and receive energy healing. This is especially good if for some reason you are confined to your home or are unable to get to a Reiki practitioner in your area.
